SAILING HEALS
In 2011, co-founded Sailing Heals with her twin sister Trisha Gallagher Boisvert. Sailing Heals is a Massachusetts-based non-profit organization whose mission is to host cancer patients and their caregivers for afternoons of healing and respite on the sea
To date, Sailing Heals has hosted more than 5,000 VIP patient/caregiver guests and, by 2019, had expanded to 24 ports in nine U.S. states. Michele has hosted hundreds of "healing sails" across the U.S.; from 2011-2016 she served as the main liaison for the Founding Sponsor, Panerai
Michele set the groundwork for Sailing Heals' media success over the last 10 years, securing many placements and feature stories in regional and national publications
The Preservation Society of Newport County
An avid history enthusiast, Michele enjoys dedicating time each month to support this very unique local non-profit organization -- now celebrating its 75th year -- whose mission is to preserve and educate the public about Gilded Age history in Newport.

Michele's personal commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion extends beyond the workplace to her community. She volunteers regularly at their outstanding food pantry and is an active supporter of the MLKCC community.
